What happens when the way you’ve always practiced is no longer sustainable?

What happens when you hit perimenopause or get a diagnosis of something that debilitates you on and off through the month, without warning?

What happens when you do the comparison thing and see that other therapists are working more than you do and seem absolutely fine?


Knowing our limits is key in knowing what will work best for us when our bodies start to change for whatever reason.

When our bodies start “malfunctioning”, self-care becomes imperative and absolutely necessary. Sometimes good practice means accepting that the pace that worked for us before isn’t the pace that works for us now.
